The online courses are for language teachers who are using the SmartClass HUB WEB application or SmartClass HUB installable application 5.0 and higher.

You will get access to online courses in these scenarios: 

All institutions that purchased the SmartClass HUB can register their teachers for 3-month access to SmartClass Academy. Registered teachers will receive the enter link. 

SmartClass Academy is for active customers only. This means if your institution is under an active Service & Maintenance Agreement or you are still within your subscription period, you have access to the academy.

All online courses require an internet connection as they are offered through a web browser.

Generally, you'll interact with the course videos, follow instructions, and complete  short exercises. 

In preparation for a course, it is important that you have successfully logged into the HUB using your school server information and your personal log-in credentials on your own computer. 

There are a few ways you can get answers to your questions quickly.

1 - The fastest help is offered by Robi, the intelligent chatbot. Just open the chat conversation with him and follow the suggestions. 

2 - You can join our Facebook community of teachers who are using the HUB to ask questions. 

3 - If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you can always email your trainer who was assigned to support you.

Here are some general numbers:

• each course has 1 to 3 chapters
• each chapter has 4 to 10 video lessons
• each video lesson is from 1 to 5 minutes
• each lesson includes practice time of 5 to 15 minutes

How to plan your studies

Every learner is different, and not everyone learns at the same pace. The duration and weekly study figures are an estimate and might not be completely accurate for every learner. If you think you might need more time, please factor this into your planning.
